Shipping Policy

Free shipping across the EU
Every Wooltails order ships free to all EU countries. No minimum order, no hidden fees, and no customs or import charges, because your order ships from within the EU.

When will my order arrive?
Your order ships from our partner warehouse in Spain and usually arrives within 5–10 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.

Christmas delivery
For the best chance of delivery before Christmas, please order by 8 December. Carriers are much busier in December, so if it's a gift, we recommend ordering early.

Where we ship
We currently ship to EU countries only. If your country isn't available at checkout, we can't deliver there yet.

Your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can only change it before your order ships. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away at hello@wooltails.com.

Late or lost orders
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of ordering, email hello@wooltails.com with your order number. We'll contact the carrier and, if your parcel is lost, send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

Damaged on arrival
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo and email us at hello@wooltails.com. We'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.
