Terms of Service

Welcome to Wooltails. By placing an order on wooltails.com you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are
Wooltails is operated by Matas Malinauskas, Lithuania.

2. Your order
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. The contract between us is formed when we send that order confirmation. If a product is unavailable or a price was shown clearly in error, we'll let you know and refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros (€) and are the final price you pay, including any taxes that apply. Shipping within the EU is free. Bundle discounts are applied automatically in your cart. Payment is taken when you place your order, through our secure checkout.

4. Delivery
We ship to EU countries only. Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the product passes to you once you or a person you name receives it.

5. Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Legal guarantee
You have a 2-year EU legal guarantee for any product that is faulty or not as described. See our Return and Refund Policy for how to make a claim.

7. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Some lifestyle images on our website are digitally created to show the bed in a home setting. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and measurements may vary by 1–2 cm. Please check the size (about 64 × 45 × 33 cm) before you order.

8. Use of the product
Our beds are made for cats and small to medium dogs. Please supervise pets that tend to chew fabric, and follow the care instructions (hand wash in cold water, air dry).

9. Our responsibility
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it, or your rights as a consumer.

10. Complaints
If anything goes wrong, please email hello@wooltails.com first. We reply within 2 business days and will do our best to solve it. If we can't solve it together, you can contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba) at www.vvtat.lt.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

12. Law
These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. If you live in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of your own country.
